About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Delta Controls Technician to join a growing team in Denver. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in installation, wiring, commissioning, and system validation within building automation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, wire, and configure BAS / Delta Controls systems
- Perform system commissioning and startup activities
- Conduct point-to-point checkout to ensure proper system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure system performance meets specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience with Delta Controls systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of wiring, installation, and commissioning processes
- Experience performing point-to-point checkout and system validation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HVAC controls or related systems
- Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
