Job Description:

In this role, you'll be essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting customer communication, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and log all calls in detail
  • Manage and maintain job files, documentation, and correspondence
  • Keep internal calendars and schedules up to date and organized
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
  • Maintain office and general supply inventories
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr

Working Hours and Requirements:

This full-time position operates from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
