Job Title: Spotter (Night Shift)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Scope of Work (SOW)

The Spotter will support two Lead Technicians—one Alarm and one CCTV—on an active job site. Responsibilities include observing and assisting during lift operations and performing additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager and Lead Technicians. The role requires strong attention to safety and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a safety spotter during lift and elevated work operations
• Assist Lead Technicians with on-site tasks as instructed
• Maintain situational awareness to ensure a safe work environment
• Follow all job site safety rules and procedures
• Communicate clearly with technicians and site leadership

Requirements:

• Ability to work overnight shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Strong focus on safety and reliability
• Ability to follow directions from Project Manager and Lead Technicians
• Attendance is critical; excessive or unexcused absences may result in replacement

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Candidates must provide their own required PPE, including:

• Class E–rated hard hat
• Safety vest
• Safety glasses
• Safety-toe boots
